After-Sales Support
If your transformers and electrical cabinets get damaged during transit, please take photos before unloading. We will help you contact logistics and apply for insurance compensation.
Warranty
Our standard warranty for transformers, switchgears and core control parts lasts 1 year. We support 2–5 years extended warranty service according to customer requirements.
